These Terms of Service govern your use of Simple Prospector and its features, including Contact Finder, list-management tools, Email Studio, and related services. By creating an account or using Simple Prospector, you agree to these Terms.

Purpose of Simple Prospector

Simple Prospector provides software tools that allow users to find, organize, manage, and communicate with contacts. Users remain responsible for how they use the information and communication tools provided by Simple Prospector.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Simple Prospector account and for activity conducted through your account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to promptly notify us if you believe your account or connected services have been accessed without authorization.

Google Accounts and Gmail

Some Simple Prospector features require you to authorize access to a Google account. You may only connect a Google account that you are authorized to use.

Google authorization is used only to provide the Simple Prospector functionality that you choose to activate. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

Contact Finder

Contact Finder is designed to help users identify and organize contacts from their own authorized Gmail history. The resulting information is provided to the user for review and management.

You are responsible for determining whether and how to communicate with contacts identified through Contact Finder and for complying with applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and platform policies.

Email Studio

Email Studio allows users to send user-directed email through Gmail accounts they have authorized. Simple Prospector provides the software interface, but the user determines the recipients and content of messages sent through the service.

Simple Prospector does not guarantee that any particular number of emails can be sent through Gmail. Sending availability and limits may be affected by Google, account type, account history, recipient behavior, technical conditions, and other factors outside Simple Prospector's control.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Simple Prospector to:

• Send spam or unlawful unsolicited commercial email;
• Send deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, or illegal communications;
• Impersonate another person or organization;
• Use contact information in violation of applicable privacy, marketing, or communications laws;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another person's Google account, email, contacts, or other information;
• Upload or use contact lists that you are not legally permitted to use;
• Distribute malware, harmful code, phishing messages, or fraudulent content;
• Interfere with or attempt to circumvent Simple Prospector's security, usage limits, or technical safeguards; or
• Use Simple Prospector in a manner that violates Google policies or the terms of another service used in connection with Simple Prospector.

Compliance With Email and Privacy Laws

You are responsible for complying with laws and regulations that apply to your communications and use of contact information. Depending on your location and the location of recipients, these may include laws governing commercial email, privacy, consent, data protection, and electronic communications.

Simple Prospector does not provide legal advice, and use of the service does not relieve users of their own compliance obligations.

Sending Limits and Service Restrictions

Simple Prospector may establish platform limits on sending volume, connected accounts, stored lists, contacts, scans, or other features to maintain reliable and responsible operation of the service.

Google and other third-party providers may impose their own limits, restrictions, or account controls. Simple Prospector does not control those third-party limits and does not guarantee that a user's account will be permitted to send or process any particular volume.

Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Simple Prospector when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, third-party platforms, or others from suspected fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, security risks, spam, or violations of these Terms.

User Content and Contact Information

You retain responsibility for contact lists, message content, and other information that you provide to Simple Prospector.

You grant Simple Prospector permission to process this information only as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, secure, and support the services you choose to use.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information and Google user data are described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

Simple Prospector may depend on third-party services, including Google services. We are not responsible for changes, interruptions, restrictions, or termination of third-party services that are outside our control.

Service Availability

We work to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may occasionally be modified, suspended, or unavailable because of maintenance, security issues, third-party changes, or other operational requirements.

No Guarantee of Results

Simple Prospector provides software tools. We do not guarantee marketing results, responses, sales, income, business opportunities, deliverability, contact quality, or other particular outcomes from using the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Simple Prospector is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Simple Prospector and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of, or inability to use, the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Simple Prospector evolves or as legal, regulatory, technical, or platform requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page will indicate the most recent revision.
